Professional Biography:
Tim Bricker has represented clients throughout Ohio and in numerous other states. His representations include multiple trials to verdict, as well as appellate work before both state and federal courts.
Tim has handled a broad range of cases, including commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, logistics/warehouse matters, ocean freight matters, franchise/franchisee relationship disputes, bankruptcy related disputes, toxic tort class actions, products liability claims, shareholder disputes, lender disputes, age discrimination claims, gender discrimination claims, secured transactions related matters, and real estate matters.
As a result of his representation in commercial matters, Tim has obtained millions of dollars for clients through verdict, judgment or settlement. He also has successfully defended clients in multiple other cases, including obtaining favorable judgments in catastrophic injury cases, successfully defeating a class in a toxic tort action, and defeating claims for damages in commercial cases.
Tim’s educational background in biology, chemistry, mathematics and business allows him to be comfortable dealing with complex medical/engineering or intellectual property issues, as well as handling complicated business issues.
