Erik P. Henry
Associate
Professional Biography: Erik clerked for the Firm while attending law school and continues his work as an associate. He has primarily been involved with the Firm's white collar/criminal defense practice, working on several state and federal death penalty cases, numerous state and federal appeals, clemency applications, and the defense of those affected by Ohio's implementation of the Adam Walsh Act.
In law school, Erik served as Managing Editor of the Capital University Law Review where he was responsible for editing articles and developing and managing the publication process for the journal. Erik also earned high honors in legal writing, constitutional law, and professional responsibility. Prior to law school, Erik attended The Ohio State University where he majored in history.
In his spare time, Erik enjoys traveling, playing softball and golf, and being a fan of football and soccer.
