 Barton R. Keyes

Professional Biography:
Bart joined the firm in 2009. His litigation experience includes defending a major retailer in a lawsuit involving environmental issues, defending an investment company against fraud claims for a third party’s actions, and both asserting and defending claims of trademark and copyright infringement for various clients.
Bart attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he was a Moritz Scholar and served in a leadership role on The Ohio State Law Journal. Prior to law school, Bart attended Case Western Reserve University where he majored in political science and theater, created and performed in an improvisational comedy troupe, and studied the politics of federal judicial nominations.
In his spare time Bart enjoys soccer, bowling and theater.
